This Edwards Avenue home pairs a brick lower level with a black board-and-batten gable above, black windows, and a covered brick entry porch. Inside, each room carries its own monochrome color treatment on the walls, trim, and ceiling alike, a signature move we are using throughout the interior. The kitchen has a dark stained island with a plaster-finish hood, and the primary bath centers on a freestanding matte black soaking tub. Like its neighbor, this one is currently in design and finish selection, with construction starting soon.
